How to Reach Freiburg

By plane: The airport offering thousands of flights is Frankfurt (FRA). Freiburg is connected for Frankfurt Airport with the ICE highspeed train (2h). See www.bahn.de for train connections. Alternative airports are Basel-Freiburg-Mulhouse or Zurich.

By train: Freiburg is connected via ICE highspeed trains. See www.bahn.de for connections.

By car: Freiburg is located close the the German highway A5. To reach the CS department coming from the A5, take the autobahn exit "Freiburg Mitte", towards Freiburg. Leave the B31a at the turn-off marked "Universitätskliniken". This will take you onto the Berliner Allee, heading towards the airfield. The campus is located on the left, just before the airfield.
